The Pitti Palace Hotel offers moderately priced accommodations in Florence's city center and in
close proximity to the Ponte Vecchio. The Florence airport is approximately three miles from
the hotel. 
 The hotel's breakfast room and lounge, located on the sixth floor, is a scenic spot to enjoy
a meal while taking in Florence's cityscape. Breakfast is served each morning. Cocktails are
available in the evenings. Room service is also available. For added convenience, the hotel
offers parking, meeting rooms, and medical services. 
 There are 72 rooms on seven floors. Rooms have traditional European antique-style
furnishings, windows with drapes, and neutral-colored fabrics. Each room features
air-conditioning, a telephone, hairdryer, minibar, private bathroom, in-room safe, and
satellite television.
Note: the elevator is unavailable from February 15, 2006 through March 22, 2006. The breakfast
area and all rooms can only be reached via the stairs.
